Teaching climbing to children isn't something you improvise. At 5, 8 and 12, the body and self-confidence develop very differently. Every exercise, every word choice and every difficulty proposed is adapted to the child's age and maturity.
My training and experience allow me to guide children progressively, never rushing them: exposure management, cooperation with a belay partner, gentle climbing introduction. Every child moves at their own pace, in a supportive atmosphere.
Climbing on real alpine rock brings unique sensations: the sounds of the forest, views of the Mont-Blanc needles, contact with genuine stone. These elements play a key role in building a positive, lasting relationship with the mountains.

Supervising minors at height on natural rock demands a level of rigour that my qualification and experience have taught me to maintain at every moment:
- ✓ CE-certified gear checked before every outing — child-sized harness, fitted helmet
- ✓ Strict supervision ratio: maximum 6 children per instructor
- ✓ First aid PSC1 current and emergency protocol established for every site
- ✓ Sites selected by age and level — appropriate terrain, no unnecessary exposure
- ✓ Professional liability insurance — parents must ensure their child is covered by personal insurance for outdoor rock climbing

A passionate climber since childhood, I turned that passion into a profession by earning a Sports Science Degree (STAPS) specialising in Climbing and my official state instructor card, issued by the French Ministry of Sports.
I guide climbers of all levels — from first-time climbing introductions and family outings to advanced athletes looking to break technical plateaus. My goal: that you leave every session with real progress and genuine enjoyment.
Every outing is prepared carefully: site inspection, gear check (harnesses, helmets, rope, carabiners, quickdraws), weather assessment. Safety is the foundation of every session.

I hold Professional Liability Insurance (RC Pro) covering all my instructing activities. Participants must have personal insurance covering outdoor rock climbing. If you don't, let me know when booking — I can arrange cover through my own RC Pro policy.
