Beginner Climbing Course Chamonix — from age 5
For families and complete beginners
Perfect for families, friend groups or beginners of any age. Three days to get comfortable on rock, understand gear and experience climbing safely in real alpine nature. No prior experience needed.

Climbing Autonomy Course — rope work & anchors
For climbers with some experience
You've climbed before but don't yet feel confident with safety systems: rope management, building anchors, lead belaying. This course gives you the technical skills and confidence to climb independently.

My degree and experience have given me precise analytical tools. I don't just say "lift your foot" — I observe why your body does what it does and help you correct it durably, with exercises adapted to your climbing style.

A passionate climber since childhood, I turned that passion into a profession by earning a Sports Science Degree (STAPS) specialising in Climbing and my official state instructor card, issued by the French Ministry of Sports.
I guide climbers of all levels — from first-time climbing introductions and family outings to advanced athletes looking to break technical plateaus. My goal: that you leave every session with real progress and genuine enjoyment.
Every outing is prepared carefully: site inspection, gear check (harnesses, helmets, rope, carabiners, quickdraws), weather assessment. Safety is the foundation of every session.

Insurance & liability
I hold Professional Liability Insurance (RC Pro) covering all my instructing activities. Participants must have personal insurance covering outdoor rock climbing. If you don't, let me know when booking — I can arrange cover through my own RC Pro policy.
